How to Export Instagram Data
- Go to Settings: Open Instagram and navigate to Settings
- Access Account Center: Go to Account Center
- Your Information and Permissions: Navigate to "Your information and permissions"
- Export Your Information: Click on "Export your Information"

Select Format: Choose
JSONformat for the download - Request Download: Click "Request Download" and wait for Instagram to prepare your data (may take 24-48 hours)
- Extract Files: Once you receive the email, download and extract the ZIP file

Locate Files: Find these two files in the extracted folder:
followers_and_following/following.jsonfollowers_and_following/followers_1.json
- Upload Files: Use the file inputs below to select these two JSON files and click "Process Files"
